On Wednesday, following FCC chairman Brendan Carr’s criticism of Kimmel’s recent comments about conservative activist Charlie Kirk and the man accused of shooting him last week at a Utah event, ABC confirmed to ADWEEK that Kimmel’s show will be “pre-empted indefinitely.“
