Jonathan Bujosa has been named multimedia journalist for Telemundo 49 (WRMD) Noticiero Telemundo 49.
He’ll make his on-air debut for the NBCUniversal Local’s Telemundo Station Group Tampa station next week.
Before joining WRMD, he worked as Multimedia Journalist at KWEX-DT, where he covered daily news, produced digital content, and coordinated media logistics. Before that, he was a news producer and journalist at NotiCentro WAPA TV.
“We are excited to welcome Jonathan to our newsroom,” said Meredith Veloz, news director for Telemundo 49 Tampa. “His passion for storytelling, strong multimedia skills, and dedication to engaging with the community will be a great asset to our team.”
Bujosa also was part of Telemundo Puerto Rico, where he worked as a production assistant for Jay y sus Rayos X and as director of photography for Borinqueando. In these roles, he contributed to content development, social media strategies, and audiovisual production.
