KWCH Names Kevin King News Director
Kevin King is joining Wichita CBS affiliate KWCH as news director.
This is a return to the station for King, who was a producer at the station from 2000 until 2006. He comes from Dakota News Now, where he has been the news director for 14 years.
“The opportunity to go back and lead the newsroom where I started my career almost 25 years ago was something I couldn’t pass up,” he said.
He takes over for Michael Truett who left last month after 18 months.
