This week has been another revolving door of hires, departures, and promotions at brands, from CMO exits to high-profile hires.

– Longtime Eli Lilly exec Lina Polimeni,has been promoted to svp and CMO for the Mounjaro makers’ consumer business.
– Showtime and MTV Entertainment Studios CMO Amy Campbell is leaving Paramount.
– Cadillac CMO, Melissa Grady Dias, has left the business without a replacement. Her departure comes as the company transforms to become all-electric by 2030.
– After three years as Vera Bradley’s CMO, Alison Hiatt is departing. “While I look forward to reestablishing ‘home’ in Oregon and collecting fewer frequent flier miles, I will also be rooting for the team from the sidelines,” she said on LinkedIn.
– Corporate wellness platform Wellhub has promoted Leandro Caldeira as CMO. He’ll oversee its global marketing strategy and lead plans to integrate data and AI into the brand’s marketing model.
– Cart.com has appointed Arjun Sainath as chief technology officer.
