CBS News and Stations has announced two new community journalism reporters.

We’re delighted to share that Lana Zak and Karen Hua are joining CBS News and Stations‘ national movement of community journalism.

Lana will be a national correspondent based in Iowa City, Iowa, and Karen will be a reporter based in Houston, Texas.

Lana and Karen join our existing cohort of journalists uniquely positioned in hubs across the country to unearth stories of national importance, helping us achieve our goal of being the leading local-to-global news organization.
