8month mat leave cover req at The Wilful. To assist with the design of in-house marketing materials & digital platforms &
also to be the first line of support for account teams in helping to manage existing design files for client work and acting as the liaison with our freelance creative talent. Potential to extend
Role Details
• Management of client design files. Helping account teams identify the correct design files and provide them to the relevant freelancers.
• Be the first point of contact with the freelancer when account person is unavailable
• Support account teams on design development of pitch documents
• Have great attention to detail and maintain a high level of quality
• Be able to generate effective visual concepts quickly
• Be able to forge strong concepts coupled with beautiful styling
• Capable of managing your own workload and able to work under pressure
• Able to present your work with confidence and self-assurance
Skill/Attributes Required
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP and experience of working with WordPress, Wix and content management systems
• Proficient in: In Design, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash
• Proven time management skills
• Keep abreast of the latest design and creative trends and share any useful insights with the wider Gong team
• Contribute information and ideas to the new business process
• Assist in pitch process by converting pitch documents into attractive proposals
