– you’ll work closely with theSkimm’s design team to create engaging graphics such as social media campaigns, editorial graphics, display media units, and other internal projects.
– weekly syncs with design team to discuss the week ahead
Skill/Attributes Required
Set you up for success:
– Passion for great graphics and compelling story telling
– Degree or equivalent in graphic design
– Strong illustration skills
– Strong knowledge of design standards, typography, illustration, layout, and color sense
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
– Available up to 10 hours per week
– Reliable and able to turn work around within a quick deadline
What would set you apart:
– Already a skimm’r, understand the brand and voice
– After Effects proficiency
