This Project Fights Russian Propaganda by Disguising Ukrainian News as Pirated Entertainment

Misinformation and propaganda have spread throughout Russia since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has shut down independent media outlets, issued fines or jail terms to those spreading so-called “fake” news about the military and government—and refers to the invasion as a “special military operation.” All this means that, for many people living within Russia, the truth about the war is unknown.
