Ticker: MS NOW Signs Deal With Crooked Media

Top of the Ticker: MS NOW and Crooked Media have signed a programming deal that will add Crooked Media’s audio portfolio to the network’s Saturday night line-up. Beginning Feb. 28 at 9 p.m. ET and airing every Saturday night, Crooked on MS NOW will feature the audio company’s chart-topping podcasts, including Pod Save America, Pod Save the World, Strict Scrutiny, Lovett or Leave It, Runaway Country with Alex Wagner, Hysteria, Assembly Required with Stacey Abrams, Offline with Jon Favreau, and What A Day.

Staying with podcasts, Fox News’ Sean Hannity is launching a twice-weekly podcast on Fox News Media, premiering on Tuesday, March 3. Back in the Morning: Norah O’Donnell will guest-host CBS Mornings, joining Gayle King and Nate Burelson from Monday, February 23 to Wednesday February 25. O’Donnell returns to the roundtable after nearly seven years as she promotes her new book, We The Women: The Hidden Heroes Who Shaped America. The book offers a vivid retelling of American history through the lives of the often-overlooked women who shaped the nation, from the Revolutionary era to today.
On the move: A handful of CBS properties, including 60 Minutes, are moving from their current locations as parent company Paramount Skydance continues to consolidate its New York City office space. According to Variety, 60 Minutes staffers will be relocated to the CBS Broadcast Center, across the street from their current office. CBS Sports and Inside Edition are also being relocated.
Add it on Prime: Fox News Media’s streaming service, Fox Nation, is now available on Amazon’s Prime Video for U.S. customers for $8.99 per month or $71.88 annually. The DTC service, designed to complement Fox News’ experience as a members-only destination for its most passionate and loyal fans, will also offer subscribers a single subscription option that can be bundled with the Fox One streaming service for $24.99.
Honoring a legend: Rev. Jesse Jackson, a civil rights icon, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 84. In his honor, C-SPAN dedicated all-day programming on its sister network C-SPAN2 to historic videos of the reverend. Tuesday’s marathon featured Rev. Jackson’s most important speeches and interviews, beginning with his 1984 Democratic convention speech.
