Dan Kennedy will join Atlanta NBC affiliate WXIA as morning weekend anchor and reporter.
This is a move from within Tegna for Kennedy who anchors evenings at WVEC in Norfolk, Virginia.

Before working at WVEC, Kennedy worked as an anchor and reporter in Tennessee at WTVF Nashville and WRCB in his hometown of Chattanooga.

Kennedy’s first day at 11Alive will be January 27, 2025.
