The Modern House and Inigo are sister estate agencies that help people live in more thoughtful and beautiful ways. The Modern House champions the country’s best modernist and contemporary architecture, while Inigo specialises in selling Britain’s most marvellous historic homes.
Role Details
We are looking for a freelance Junior Designer with animation skills, who can support the design and creation of social media ad sets across both The Modern House and Inigo.
There may also be opportunities to work on other projects with the team, as and when the need arises.
Skill/Attributes Required
• A discerning aesthetic, and a good understanding of modern design, art and architecture.
• A deep understanding and interest in the two brands’ visual identity.
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects).
• Strong layout and typography skills.
• A keen eye for photography.
• A highly organised and detail-oriented approach.
Desirable skills:
• A good understanding of the web development process.
• Basic knowledge of UX and UI design.
