If you thought they only showed up when you wanted to sleep in, a Maryland man armed with a leaf blower tried to disrupt the media presence outside the former school of alleged assassin Luigi Mangione.

WBFF reporter Shannon Lilly was doing a live shot outside the Gilman School, where the man accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson went to school, when a dude with a leaf blower started playing his leaf blower music.

“As you can hear behind me, there is certainly some hostility to even the fact that media is covering this story,” she said before the camera showed the leaf blower. ‘This leaf blower behind me has told me that he will not leave until we do.”

“So we are definitely seeing some of the community members reacting, (they are) not happy the media is out here covering this story in general,” she added.
