Twitter began testing a Suggested Follows feature on its Android application.
The social network said in a tweet that when someone follows a new account, the app may surface a list of other handles that are relevant to that account.
Users can choose to follow all of the suggested accounts with a single tap or pick and choose.
Twitter said examples of how its algorithms choose Suggested Follows include presenting people who work at the same company as the account that was just followed, or high-profile accounts similar to celebrities who were just followed.
