Role Details
Ballistix is a sales management and marketing consultancy with a strong foundation in direct response advertising. We operate nationally throughout North America, United Kingdom and Australia. We typically act as an outsourced marketing department for clients providing them with all the campaigns and collateral they need for lead generation, sales and general marketing. Our emphasis is not just to make collateral that looks good but to make collateral that delivers a powerful sales message too. Your role will be to work closely with our Senior Designer, Creative Director and Writer to produce our clients’ marketing collateral. This includes everything from brochures and event banners to email campaigns and websites.
In practice this means:
1. Taking the brief from our Creative Director, Senior Consultant or client
2. Designing the initial concept for feedback and approval
3. Laying out the document or building the campaign
4. Package, upload or send to the printer or client
Skill/Attributes Required
1. You MUST know the Adobe Suite inside and out
2. Have an appreciation for best practice in digital design
3. Formal qualifications are required
4. Willingness to learn and take instruction
5. Inclination to think conceptually
6. Good design sensibility
