Advertisers Spent $1 Billion on Criteo in Q1, Up 8% Year-Over-Year

The numbers

$1 billion: How much media spend flowed through Criteo‘s performance and retail media businesses during the first quarter of 2026, up 8% year-over-year when adjusted for inflation. This is the first time that Criteo passed the $1 billion threshold during a first quarter.

-9%: How much total revenue dropped, year over year, when adjusted for inflation. The company made $451 million in Q1 2025 compared to $425 million in Q1 2026.

-32%: Year-over-year change to Criteo’s revenue from retail media, minus traffic acquisition costs. That’s in part due to changes to its relationship with Roundel and Uber Eats, first announced a year ago, the company said.
