Marketing startup Alembic announced that it has raised $145 million in its latest fundraising round.
This most recent funding, the Series B round, has valued Alembic at $645 million. Growth equity firm Prysm Capital and Accenture led the round, with contributions from WndrCo, an investment firm co-founded by Hollywood executive Jeffrey Katzenberg, and SLW, a venture capital firm.
Alembic uses AI to analyze data, helping companies align their brand marketing initiatives more closely with sales and other business objectives.
The Wall Street Journal earlier reported on the funding round.
WndrCo was also part of Alembic’s Series A round with the investment firm also helping the company secure Delta and Mars as clients, according to The Journal’s report.
