Document Designer Needed ASAP / Freelance / Paid

We are looking to hire a designer to spruce up documents for investment campaigns to make them integrated, clean and attractive. Experience with business/investment materials or pitch decks preferred. Time is a big factor here – if you are a good fit, there could be several jobs a year from AWH!
Role Details
The scope of each investment campaign will include taking data, maps and marketing materials for hotel investments we’ve already produced in Excel and PowerPoint and sprucing them up in an integrated, easy to understand fashion with better graphics than we have currently. PDFs would be the deliverable. Each campaign will include multiple documents and may require up to 50 hours of work. Hourly rate of $75-$100/hr is commensurate with experience.
Skill/Attributes Required
Experience with document formatting required.
Experience with business/investment materials or pitch decks preferred.
We are looking for accomplished communicators who will be able to turn around projects in a timely manner.
