Barnes has been here since 1986, locally owned and operated, we have been bringing Australia and New Zealand the very best in resin, silicone and sculpting mediums.
We’re looking for an adaptive and switched on freelance designer to work remotely, collaborate and report to our marketing team.
Role Details
Responsibilities
1. Update marketing material for digital and print purposes using existing styling
Monthly items include; posters, EDM’s, web banners, social media posts and shelf talkers
Other items include; mass production packaging, labels, DL’s, postcards, business cards, POS artwork and large scale banners
2. Understand the brand story, work with existing templates (or from scratch) and design fluidly from those starting points
3. Manage other miscellaneous design tasks
Skill/Attributes Required
This is the basics checklist, when you apply, please ensure you can tick these boxes:
1. You’re confident with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
2. You know how to supply files for complex print work, we won’t be double checking your layers and crop marks.
3. You get it. It’s not about fighting the brand guidelines, it’s about working with them.
4. You’re a team player! We are good people and we’re looking for exactly that.
5. If you can bring some digital skills to the foray, more points to you. Tell us when you apply!
