Crocus.co.uk, one of the UK’s most popular gardening e-commerce businesses, are looking for a ‘Content Creator’ to join an exciting new project that uses technology to connect people to nature. As the ‘Content Creator’ you will be leading the development, creation and production of content for this tech solution.
Role Details
This is an exciting role for any creative who wants to be part of the very early stages of a new product to take to market. Who likes working in a small team, and is willing to take the lead on numerous projects:
As a Content Creator, you will:
– Support in the planning and production of digital content ideas for the tech solution, and where necessary wider company
– Lead in the filming and editing of short videos
– Lead in using Adobe suite software to create digital content that fits within the brand for articles, social media posts and wider marketing collateral
– Transferring written content to mediums and supporting marketing team to update digital content and assets
– Undertake research and report back on competitors, markets and opportunities
– Support in general team tasks such as organising databases, engaging with influencers and other ongoing activities
Skill/Attributes Required
Required skills:
– Strong Adobe suite skills are a must
– Photography and videography skills are a must
– Experience at researching and presenting ideas
– Some experience working within marketing or technical product development a plus

– You’ll be working in a small team, so you need to be a self starter willing to bring your ideas to the table
– You’ll have a desire to work across lots of different channels and mediums
– You’ll be able to take on briefs and understand the strategic/commercial objectives for the project
– You’ll have a passion/interest in nature/gardens, and wanting to connect people to it
