ADWEEK House: Advertising HQ brings the people shaping advertising, commerce, and media together for four days of unscripted conversations and after-hours connections. Meet us in Midtown, Oct. 5–8.

Emma Armstrong and Michael Aimette are leaving BBDO NY, the agency shared with ADWEEK.

The CEO and chief creative officer of the agency’s flagship office joined after Omnicom’s acquisition of IPG, which led BBDO to absorb creative rival FCB. Prior to the merger, Armstrong was global chief transformation officer at FCB, and Aimette was the CCO at FCB NY.

Chief client officer Kelli MacDonald, another FCB alum who joined through the acquisition, is also departing the agency for a new opportunity.

The exits come just 10 months after Omnicom closed its $13 billion acquisition of IPG, creating the largest agency holding company on the market.
