Role Details
Responsibilities:
Map requirements to a design and maximise customer engagement and usability across a range of platforms (desktop and mobile– including response design requirements).
Create user journeys and experience flows for both mobile and desktop.
Design engaging experiences across all platforms; create hi-fi designs across web and mobile.
Create and contribute to style guides across multiple brands.
Work collaboratively with developers, ensuring your designs are viable and feasible.
Provide feedback and input on Information Architecture to facilitate the navigation of online products across diverse platforms.
Design user interfaces that address complex technical problems
Liaise with on-site SMEs and customers to obtain early feedback
Gather and apply data to assess the effectiveness of UX & UI designs and implementations
Requirements:
Demonstrated portfolio of previous design work
Experience in designing UX and UI experiences for mobile and desktop.
Strong content and graphic design skills and demonstrated understanding of modern communication trends and techniques.
Understanding of user-centric design and the ability to communicate this with stakeholders and your team.
Proven ability to identify user needs and demonstrate how content and engagement decisions support these needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating complicated and technical information into formats that are easy to understand.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and productively engage with a broad variety of stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment, be flexible and participate in all levels of project delivery.
