Tom Durian has landed in Las Vegas after leaving WTMJ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Durian has joined KVVU in Las Vegas as an evening anchor.

“Thank you for all the calls and messages, I am overwhelmed by your support and best wishes,” Durian wrote on social media. “After nearly 9 years at TMJ4 and almost 15 in the Midwest, it’s time for me to return to my roots. Starting in September, I will join the team of evening anchors at Fox 5 Las Vegas. I’ll be working with a team of journalists that has propelled the station to the Pacific Southwest EMMY’s Station of the Year 7 of the last 8 years! I’m excited for the new opportunity and dedicated to continuing the journalistic excellence at Fox 5.”

Durian worked at WTMJ for eight years and co-anchored TMJ4 News Today for more than three years.
