We are looking for graphic design wunderkind that sees great design in all aspect of their world. A fantastic opportunity to to get in on the ground floor of a new internal creative team. Have real impact on a full range of brand materials and develop your skills as the department grows.
Role Details
Creative a range of digital and print content including brochures, digital ads, animation, packaging, EDM’s, event content, web and social media graphics, flyers, posters, reports and manuals, signage, banners and POS.
Work with the creative team to develop new concept ideas for campaigns, seasonal marketing and promotional briefs.
Guide a range of internal stakeholders in designing new creative materials that support best practice and design principles.
Update documents and resources according to brand guidelines.
Creation of motion content with new and and existing video footage for unique content and cutdowns.
Supporting the social media and PR team with content creation.
Manage your workflow via Hive project management tool
Provide design support for internal communications.
Deliver promotional content to agreed deadlines.
Basic image retouching, image resizing.
Management of jobs, coding, online server filing, archived and uploading material

Skill/Attributes Required
A formal qualification in graphic design
Experience working in a creative team is preferred
A desire to learn and to be committed to great a heritage brand and work in a team environment
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite on MAC platform (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator are essential)
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience working off project management tool such as Hive, Monday or Click-up
Experience with After Effects & Premiere Pro or UX design experience would be advantageous
Show a good understanding of social media
Strong attention to detail, accurate spelling and grammar
A high level of verbal and written communication
You have ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal & external stakeholders
Be a team player with a positive’ attitude
Able to prioritise and adapt to changing working requirements
Have a passion for homewares and interiors
