Senior Designer in our environments team in Urbanite at Frost*collective. The position involves leading the creative delivery of projects, whilst also supporting the Creative Director from concept through to construction. Projects include branding & environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding & exhibition design.
Role Details
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our environments team in Urbanite at Frost*collective. The position will involve leading the creative delivery of projects, whilst also supporting the Creative Director with design and documentation, from project inception through to construction. Projects include branding and environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding and exhibition design.
Environmental and wayfinding experience is a must and ideally you will have had at least 5 years’ in a similar role and be able to confidently take a project from concept design through to completion with detailed construction documentation along with the supervision of production and installation.
We are in a beautiful converted warehouse space in the heart of Redfern, close to the station and great amenities. Skill/Attributes Required
Ideally you will have:
• A thorough understanding of spatial design, architecture, interiors and signage / wayfinding principles.
• Experience in a range of software applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
• Skills in 3D drawing and renders (3D Studio Max, Vectorworks and Sketch Up).
• Exceptional design skills combined with a solid understanding of materials, 3D design, detailing and documentation
