Shillington students from around the world share the work of creatives who inspire them in the #ILoveTheseGuys series. In this post, Sydney student Abraham Markos highlights projects from Sydney-based design studio Design By Toko.
Design By Toko is a graphic design studio located in Sydney which offers services such as branding, digital, print and spatial design to various clients ranging from businesses to cultural institutions.
One of the recent projects that they did was a visual and branding identity of an exhibition called ‘Lace Revolution‘ for the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney. It appealed to me because of the use of design elements such as contrast and repetition which created an exciting and adventurous visual language to the overall concept.
