ITC Learning provides eLearning services to major clients across Australia. We are looking for someone who is creative and self-motivated, and has skills in graphic design, customer service, and web technologies. Experience in training a plus.

ITC Learning provide best in class eLearning software, delivery platforms and development services to major corporate and government clients throughout Australia and overseas.
We are looking to add a couple of part time undergraduates/interns to our team for 2018. This is a great position for anyone looking to advance into the Learning and Development or HR fields.
To apply for this position, you need to be creative, bright and self-motivated. You need to have a passion for interactive web technologies and media, excellent communication skills, a rock solid customer service ethic, and well developed graphic design/development skills.
What’s involved in this role;
• First line customer/technical support for ITC Learning software & services.
• Resolving customer questions/issues & providing advice on the use of application software.
• Providing face to face and webinar training sessions (in time) for customers in the use of ITC Learning software.
• Assisting the eLearning Development team with customer development projects.

Skill/Attributes Required
If the following describes you, we would love to hear from you:
• Highly computer literate with a great working knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite and other media tools.
• Good graphic design skills and aesthetic sense.
• Good working knowledge of various web technologies and native apps. HTML, CSS and web skills (preferable but not essential).
• Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled or have completed your Degree (or similar) in graphic design, web development or multimedia, and have a flair for interactive technologies/media.
• Hardworking & reliable with a solid work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines and absolute attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• A team player, but able to work autonomously as projects dictate.
• A positive “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude.
