To all of the up and coming creative women in Melbourne, this is for you. Dames & Dumplings will be an evening for you to mix and mingle with like-minded dames and a number of established creative women in our industry.
To kick the night off, there will be a session of debates and discussions with a trio of guest dames around the topic Confidence. Tackling everything from questions like “Am I even allowed to feel confident?” (Spoiler alert: hell yes!), to confidence in knowing when to say no and how to say no, in trusting your gut and in talking about and managing your money.
Then, they’ll serve dumplings. Because, well, dumplings. And alliteration!
Panelists will include:
- Chloe Quigley, founder and co-director of Ortolan
- Celine Tan, designer at The Company You Keep
- Georgia Perry, independent designer and illustrator
