Monale is a new strategic brand agency focused on accelerating business growth through data and design. We’re inviting an experienced designer who doesn’t mind getting on the tools, being client facing, solving complex problems and utilising creative thinking for conceptualisation.
Role Details
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join the Monale team 2 – 3 days a week. The agency is new but we are growing rapidly and are keen to create a unique working environment for the right candidate. If you’re a visionary, want to work in an environment that doesn’t think small and want to do more than ‘just artwork’ this will most likely be your jam.
Role Description
– 2 to 3 Days a week turning to full-time (contract) for the right person
– Flexible Remote work / Our main office is in Wagga
– Will be required to conceptualise and create assets for clients (industries are Professional Services, Healthcare, Media and more)
– Hourly rate to be discussed
Skill/Attributes Required
– Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Suite Tools (Adobe After Effects is a plus), Office 365, Asana or Monday, Slack and Dropbox
– Experience: At least 3 – 5 years agency or freelance experience. Bachelors degree or Cert 4 in Communications / Marketing / Design preferred but not essential.
– Writing proficiency: We regularly communication with key company stakeholders so it’s important to have good communication skills.
– No-ego attitude: Must be organised and accountable by nature. We don’t micro manage and trust you to make the best decision. We let you do what you need to do.
– Open to learning: Happy to get involved in Business Development / Training activities.
– Strategic: Attend client workshops and meetings and be involved in strategy to better conceptualise for design
