The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for branding, design, and website design. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Role Details
We’re a creative studio built on the promise to serve authentic design. Oath Creative was established in 2016 to create and inspire with breathtaking design that represents businesses from the inside out. A specialised team of passionate creatives based in Brisbane. We offer services in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, social media management, and copywriting.
This position will start part time and move into full time in the coming months.
Responsibilities
– Positive and enthusiastic energy and attitude
– Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
– Works well independently and as part of a team
– Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
– Have the ability to take a clients brief and execute a brand from the ground up across all platforms and assets required
– Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
– Communicate professionally
– Creative vision and desire to advance other businesses
– Understands the fundamental principles of graphic design and can adhere to strict brand requirements, applying it consistently throughout all material.
– Possess a strong eye for composition and excellent attention to detail
– Must be driven with effective time management skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and conflicting timeframes to meet deadlines.
Skill/Attributes Required
– Min 4 years of experience in graphic design, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and MS Office tools (including Word and PowerPoint).
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
– Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
– Fantastic portfolio of work that showcases a varied range of branding and graphic design across digital and print forms
