
Rodney Dunigan is adding to his role at Columbus, Ohio ABC affiliate WSYX.
Dunigan has been named evening anchor at the station and will keep working as nightside managing editor for the ABC and Fox affiliates.
“I’m beyond excited for the opportunity to officially join ABC 6 News at 6 p.m.,” Dunigan said. “It’s an honor to be a part of this dynamic and dedicated team, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. This team has a history of bringing passion and expertise to every broadcast, and I’m thrilled to contribute to that tradition of delivering trusted, timely news to our viewers.”
He joined the station in 2017.

Before joining WSYX, he was a reporter for WFTS in Tampa, Florida, where he also served as a Scripps Leadership Champion and ethics committee member. Before that, he was a morning anchor at WATN in Memphis, Tennessee, and has held key reporting and anchoring roles in Nashville, Dayton, and Jackson, Mississippi.
