Scope3 Names Tim Collier Chief Commercial Officer as It Pushes Into ‘Agentic Advertising’

In one example, agency Draft Digital used Scope3’s tool on Meta for a lottery client. The agent flagged that part of the advertiser’s spend was running alongside gambling content—something prohibited under lottery guidelines. By blocking that 25% of misplaced spend and redirecting it into approved inventory, the brand reinvested in media that was both compliant and more effective, according to Collier. 

“25% is really material in terms of the difference agentic solutions can make,” he added.
