We’re looking for an experienced designer to be a key member of our growing company. You will lead the design process in further developing the brand’s visual identity across all media and managing freelance designers.
You will be a strong all rounder who is passionate about all areas of design and social media. An interest in animation and 3D design would be a bonus but not essential. We’re looking for a candidate who has exceptional ideas and can deliver outstanding work in the following areas:
Graphic Design, Advertising & Print Production:
You will be confident in producing layouts for advertising. Proficient skills in art direction, typography and re-touching are essential to this role. You will be able to produce and supply artwork for all types of media and be involved in proofing the final artwork. Any candidate should demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail.
Digital:
You will need to have a strong understanding and interest in current digital trends and social media. Full understanding of social media channels and how to create content for social, typography for website design, colour theory, layout principles, web standards and best practice. A general understanding of user experience would be highly regarded but not essential.
Brand:
You will have a strong approach to building the visual identity of a brand from strategic, conceptual ideas through to execution. Your day to day role will consist of the initial strategy and development of the marketing style guide through to the creation of all brand assets.
Animation/3D Design preferred but not essential:
Having an interest in 3D visualisation and animation for use on social media and events.

Skill/Attributes Required
– Use of all key Adobe Suite applications is mandatory for this role.
– Strong presentation and communication skills
– High level of creativity
– Knowledge and understanding of social media
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken
– Professionally trained in design/visual communications or equivalent
– Must have middleweight and above professional working experience.
