Don’t miss the chance to hear from Japanese graphic design legend Kenya Hara—Art Director of MUJI and Chief Creative Director of Japan House London.

The theme of this talk, part of London Design Festival 2019, will centre around Kenya Hara’s representations of Japan, titled ‘teikuhiko’—a low altitude, high resolution tour.

This latest project focusses on sharing destinations or buildings in Japan which reflect Hara’s own sensibilities. The hidden hot springs, mountain ranges and rural retreats selected by the world-renowned designer allow a deeper exploration of the core of Japan’s appeal and showcase the best it offers in dramatic landscapes, purity of scenery and design.
