Today, TelevisaUnivision announced that Donna Speciale is stepping down as president of U.S. advertising sales and marketing after four years.
Tim Natividad, who has previously held leadership roles at TikTok, Roku, Amazon, and Google, will take over the role beginning June 9. Speciale will remain with the company during a transition period to ensure a smooth handoff between the two.
The news comes just weeks after the company’s 2025 TV upfront event, where TelevisaUnivision unveiled several initiatives, including an expanded music strategy and several content rollouts.
The announcement was made via memos from CEO Daniel Alegre and Donna Speciale that were obtained by ADWEEK.

I wanted to share an important update about our U.S. Ad Sales organization. Donna Speciale has decided to step down from her current role and will be succeeded by Tim Natividad, who will join TelevisaUnivision as our new President of U.S. Advertising Sales and Marketing on June 9.
Over the past several months, Donna and I have been in thoughtful conversation about the future of our business. Together, we agreed that this would be the right time for the next step in the evolution of our ad sales leadership.
