Thursday, August 28 Evening Cable News Ratings: CNN Only Network with Top Show in Primetime

CNN was the only network to have its most-watched program in primetime in total viewers and the Adults 25-54 demo. CNN NewsNight with Abby Phillip led the way for the network in both measured categories, while The Five won it for Fox News. The 4 p.m. ET edition of Deadline: White House with Nicolle Wallace was on top for MSNBC.
