MSNBC topped a million total viewers between the windows of 4-6 p.m. and 8-11 p.m. Meanwhile, Fox News saw over four million total viewers between 5-9 p.m. CNN failed to cross the million viewer mark, attracting its biggest audience at 7 p.m. for OutFront with Erin Burnett.
