“At what point do we let AI make decisions? For CTV, the answer is no,” said Brian Schmid, vp, digital and ecommerce at Brooks Brothers. “I can’t imagine a brand using AI to generate a full TV commercial. If I handed over the entire media budget, who knows how it would be spent—and I’m the one answering to finance.”
