We are TheLoyaltyCo an independent, forward thinking digital platform agency based in Manchester. We focus on creating incredible bespoke apps and websites. Born in January 2020 with just 3 employees and to date have grown to over 30 in just under 2 years months. Due to the thriving nature of the business. The time has come again for our awesome team to expand!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a versatile designer who brings with them a creative spark and plenty of fresh, new ideas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some well-known brands, such as Gino D’Acampo, Henri Lloyd and more. As well as UI and UX design, you will also be expected to help on other areas of the business, such as social media graphics and presentations.
As a UI/UX designer, you will alongside the lead UI/UX designer, on a day-to-day basis, focusing on providing high quality front-end assets that achieve the production and quality goals set for the project.
Skill/Attributes Required
Must haves:
Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work
A strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Great communication skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
Knowledge of UI design, both on the mobile and web side
An understanding of front-end development
Nice to have:
Experience with Adobe After Effects
Good working knowledge of HTML
