What will you be doing?
Interpreting briefs and working closely with the members of the marketing team to achieve the desired results while adhering to brand guidelines
Creating designs for email and social media channels (including Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook)
Creating flyers for special events or promotions, for example, the Open Days at our Studios
Creating other marketing collateral or special projects, for example, the Christmas campaign created in collaboration with the merchandising team
Executing on your ideas quickly, because sometimes deadlines are tight
Skill/Attributes Required
What are we looking for?
Graphic design experience, from client or agency side
Previous experience using Adobe Suite is a must
Previous experience using Sketch would be a plus
Initiative and ingenuity, with the drive to learn and try new things
Desire to work in a mature environment where you will have ownership, accountability, and influence in what you do day-to-day
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-pressure environment

This is a full-time role based in Collingwood, VIC and an immediate start is possible.
