At Crunch, we make serious fitness fun! We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
*Though our team is currently working remotely, this position will eventually be based in our corporate New York office.
Role Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design and production of various creative projects across Crunch’s 300+ clubs, including emails, display ads, in-club signage, billboards, print outreach, and more
• Work closely with Marketing Department to efficiently produce creative collateral that support day-to-day operations of both Franchise and corporate-owned gyms
• Facilitate creative needs of internal clients (e.g. operations, retail, group fitness, personal training, etc.)
• Liaise with external vendors for production of print collateral
• Maintain Crunch-y brand standards across all internal and external projects
• Creative ideation alongside two middleweight designers and one senior designer

Skill/Attributes Required
Requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (proficiency in other Adobe applications, especially AfterEffects, Premiere, and Bridge, are also welcome)
• BA or BFA in design, or related work experience and/or relevant coursework
• Fluent in Mac platform
• Able to handle all aspects of print pre-press (resizing, formatting, mechanicals, etc.)
• Understanding of design’s role in digital marketing best practices
• Experience with or understanding of digital asset management
• Digital illustration, photography, and/or copywriting skills are an added bonus
Special Skills:
• Strong creative problem-solving, written, and communication skills
• An organized self-starter who is a quick learner and a team player
• Able to juggle multiple projects, including day-to-day tasks alongside big picture ite
