In this episode of Lock It Down with Security Magazine, I spoke with Chief Trust Officer at Saviynt Jim Routh about how organizations can build and measure trust.

In our conversation, Routh shares how “trust is a integral part of a brand for any enterprise.” So, how can organizations establish — and sustain — this trust? 

According to Routh, information is a key component of cultivating trust. The more information offered, the better — especially when that information is given willingly and proactively.

When it come to shared information, Routh explains that “the delta between what is required and what is offered proactively” is how he measures “the trust level and whether that’s increasing or decreasing over time.”
