We’re on the hunt for a junior multidisciplinary designer who has a great eye for detail and is keen to continue developing their skills. Ideally, we are looking for an up-and-coming designer with 6 months of commercial experience, but we would also be open to cultivating raw talent.

We’re on the hunt for a junior multidisciplinary designer who has a great eye for detail and is keen to continue developing their skills. Ideally, we are looking for an up-and-coming designer with 6 months of commercial experience, but we would also be open to cultivating raw talent.
We also appreciate a designer who can think deeply, speak clearly, and loves collaboration and feedback.

What you’ll be doing:
Your work will vary from week-to-week, but could include:
Assisting with designing the user interface in our SaaS product
Creating wireframes, prototypes and production-ready assets
Assisting with UX research tasks (user interviews, usability testing, surveys)
Implementing patterns from the Fathom design system to create intuitive product experiences.
Working closely with the rest of our Product Design team to continue developing our design and UX processes

Skill/Attributes Required
Strong fundamental skills in typography, colour and layout
A strong, creative, digital portfolio
Strong ability to solve interaction problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with the tools of the trade (ie. Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite)
Good working knowledge of UX concepts and processes
Good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript is a bonus
Prior experience in designing for software or Fintech would be a significant plus
