Mark Garcia has been named general manager of Nexstar’s Rio Grande Valley NBC and CBS affiliates KVEO and CBS 4 Rio Grande Valley.

Garcia comes from Nexstar’s KMID in Midland-Odessa, where he’s been since 2020. The news was first reported by Mike McGuff.

Before working at KMID, Garcia was senior vice president and general manager at Entravision Communications in McAllen, Texas.
