WYFF morning weather anchor Parella Lewis has said goodbye to the Greenville, S.C. NBC affiliate.

“I have the amazing opportunity to return ‘home’ to Seattle, Washington once again,” Lewis wrote on social media. “Not only do I return to a place I have been in love with for many years, but I am honored to be going back to Monday through Friday evenings after their chief meteorologist recently retired. No more waking up in the middle of the night for work”

Before joining WYFF, Lewis worked on a regional crime show and weather coverage in the Pacific Northwest, as well as at the NBC affiliate in Indianapolis.
