Tattoo Dezign is a carpet design studio born in Australia, inspired by the arts and crafts movement and using the latest technology to transform design ideas into carpet and rugs.
The company’s head office is based in Sydney and we collaborate with end users across Australia and Europe.
Role Details
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate graphic designer to add to their existing skills with the art and craft of carpet design. This role will report to our creative director, learn their craft from our senior designer and work closely with our broader team. You will also be involved in the creation of collections, project specific designs as well collaborate on collateral and imagery to support our company website, and email marketing.
The position is full-time, based in our Sydney studio in Surry Hills.
Skill/Attributes Required
Able to work efficiently with Photoshop and Illustrator
Follow instructions and learn to use specific carpet design software
Flexibility and open-ness to handle a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and short deadlines.
Organised and able to multi-task, working across several different projects at a time as well as work autonomously
Self-motivated and driven
Know when to ask for clarity and direction in order to keep workflow at its best
