Trey Daerr has announced his departure from Boston station WHDH after nearly 11 years.

“Tonight is my last night at @7News It has been an incredible ride the last 11 years and the best experience I could ever ask for,” he wrote on social media. “My two daughters were born in Boston, I saw multiple Super Bowls, a World Series at Fenway Park and an 18th banner. Sad to end. Thrilled it happened!”

He’s also covered sports in Pittsburgh, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Milwaukee.
