The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Design team on Partner and UrbanX design tasks for the UrbanX brand; ensuring the output consistently represents our partners & the UrbanX brand creative spirit and optimizes commercial outcomes.
Role Details
The role works closely with the Brand & Design Manager and the Marketing department to produce best in class content.
The Junior Graphic Designer must have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and prioritise multiple projects at any given time. This designer must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to an expanding business.
Job Responsibilities
-Support the Brand & Design Manager and Graphic Designer on all requests
-Identify and present innovative marketing designs to enhance the UrbanX brand across various touch points
-Interpret briefs into designs
-Ensure all files are saved and organised following UrbanX standards to ensure efficiency
-Support with UrbanX Partner design requests & ensure all jobs are actioned in a timely manner
-Manage UrbanX marketing requests
-Support with all UrbanX internal requests
-Offer copy suggestions and check spelling and grammar on all design collateral produced
-Assess strengths and development opportunities in own designs for future development
-Ensure the UrbanX values are embedded into your everyday behaviours
-Support in anything else required to help the leadership team
-Deliver on the key performance indicators set out by UrbanX
