Our digital agency is growing and we’re looking to add a passionate Junior Graphic/Web
Designer to our creative team.

Role Details
The role would ideally suit a graphic designer with some web skills. We will be happy to provide inhouse web skills for the right person though.
You will work in a fast paced environment, working on several different projects, from brand development through to web and social media design, each day for a wide range of clients. You day-to-day will consist of:
Branding – To interpret client briefs, push boundaries in brainstorms and design brands, including logos, colour palettes, typography etc. Tasks also involve designing marketing collateral, such as business cards, brochures, banner or EDMs.
Web Design – To design and develop websites in WordPress, Shopify and BigCommerce plus ongoing design support. Tasks involve design/UX research, designing responsive layouts, and front-end development.
Digital Marketing – To create and design social media content both for BA Creative and our clients.
Skill/Attributes Required
What you’ll have:
A keen eye for typography, color, hierarchy and layout
A razor-sharp attention to detail
Mindfulness of the user experience
Functional understanding of responsive design
A portfolio demonstrating your fabulous design skills
Some real world graphic design experience
Essential Skills:
Graphic design skills, ideally Adobe CS
Branding
Typesetting skills
Great creativity
Flexible approach & great customer-facing skills
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
Fabulous time management – working to budget is a must
Fast & willing learner
Bonus Points:
WordPress – the ability to realise your designs in the browser (HTML/CSS/JS)
eCommerce – experience with Shopify/BigCommerce
Project management/Self-managing
