BALU London is an English homeware brand founded by designer, Anna Vail. The studio is in Battersea, London. It is a fast-growing, diverse and fun working environment. This is critical in providing practical and creative support for the business.
Role Details
Assisting content production & engagement across our social media platforms- including creating reels, and still imagery and producing brand emails and newsletters.
Stock management: keeping track of product stock between our studio stock room, and online store. Liaising with suppliers to reorder stock when required.
Order fulfilment: Managing D2C orders and wholesale orders, packaging and responding to customer queries.
Work closely supporting the founder in the day-to-day goings of the office
Skill/Attributes Required
1+ years of previous experience
Creative thinking and focus – the role requires clear, independent thinking and initiative
Be an interior enthusiast, knowledgeable or have awareness of the industry.
Proficient in all adobe programmes
Confident using Klaviyo
Excellent skills across all Social Media platforms- excellent using a camera and creating reels
Strong communication skills
English language skills (proficient in written and verbal)
A multi-tasker, with good organisational and time management skills
As a new company that will be growing at a fast pace, all employees will need to bring energy and enthusiasm, along with flexibility on working hours and areas of support
Ability to work to deadlines and react quickly to requests that need immediate action where necessary
Candidates must be able to travel to the studio, based in Battersea
