Blake Keller said goodbye to Saginaw, Michigan CBS affiliate WNEM last week.

Keller worked the morning newscast from 4:30 to 7 a.m. and from 9 to 10 a.m. and had been reporting at the station since August 2019.

“Goodbye, Mid-Michigan,” he wrote on social media. “After six incredible years of waking up with you on TV5 Wake-Up, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from the desk and the TV news industry. It’s been an honor to share news, stories, and moments with this amazing community, and I’m deeply grateful for the trust and connection we’ve built. While it’s hard to express the emotions I’m feeling, please know this was MY decision and am doing what I think is best for me.”
